Video offers an opportunity to attract positive interest. Video can also increase a client's confidence in your ability to sell. However, if you're one of those old school agents who rely on still photography alone (or a part of the 96% of agents who don't add their listings to YouTube), you could be missing out on the video marketing advantage. According to this study conducted by Inman, 85% of buyers and sellers prefer working with agents who use video.

Vacant/Move In Ready Homes could be very plain to the buyers eye.  Most of the time the buyers want to see themselves living in the space and we can create that feeling with virtual staging. Staging the home also makes the home more attractive to buyers. Virtual staging is a real estate marketing tool in which a property is staged realistically by computer (and not in real life).

 

Virtual staging offering many benefits of traditional staging at a significantly lower cost to market the home.
